Who are you?
You’re all about hospitality and have a real knack for leading a team with energy and flair.
You’ve already got solid experience in the hospitality scene, and you bring a positive vibe wherever you go. The hustle of the floor is your happy place, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves. Oh, and you speak both Dutch and English like a pro!

What you’ll be doing:
Making sure every guest gets that unique Lucy Chang experience, from first bite to final farewell.
Acting as the go-to person for your team and keeping your location running like a well-oiled machine.
Coaching and supporting your crew on the daily (yep, you’ll be on the floor about 90% of the time).
Spotting the small stuff and jumping on opportunities to improve.
Keeping things running smoothly and tackling challenges with the right people.
Managing schedules, handling administration and keeping stock and orders in check.

Take full responsibility for the daily operation of your kitchen
Lead, train, and inspire a diverse and passionate kitchen team
Ensure consistency, speed, and top quality at every service
Set the tone: uphold hygiene standards, discipline, and structure
Monitor inventory, place orders, and keep costs under control
Work closely with management on menu planning and performance
You Are
An experienced chef with strong kitchen leadership experience
Confident, decisive and not afraid to take the lead
Able to coach and correct with clarity and respect
Organized, solution-oriented, and focused on results
Passionate about Asian cuisine or eager to learn
Fluent in English and Dutch
