You have solid experience in the hospitality industry. With your energetic presence and warm personality, you inspire those around you. You thrive in a dynamic environment and bring genuine enthusiasm to your work. Plus, you're fluent in both Dutch and English!

Your responsibilities:
• Ensuring every guest enjoys the unique Lucy Chang experience, in line with our values and standards.
• Acting as the go-to person for your team, making sure the restaurant is always in top shape.
• Supporting and coaching your team daily — you’ll be on the floor about 90% of the time.
• Paying attention to details and thinking in solutions.
• Keeping operations running smoothly and addressing issues proactively.
• Preparing weekly performance reports.
• Managing staff scheduling and handling administrative tasks like ordering and inventory control.
